30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Order Only)
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
This guarantee applies to first-time customers only and is limited to one pouch per customer.
To be eligible for a refund, the opened pouch must be returned with the remaining sachets included. Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
The product must be returned before the refund is processed. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the pouch to your original payment method.
This guarantee does not apply to subsequent orders.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products after the first order guarantee.
We also do not offer refunds or replacements for products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
If the damage occurred during shipping or due to our error, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
